Study Abroad and Exchange programs

If you're a uni student interested in visiting Australia, why not study at Macquarie for either one or two semesters. You can either come as part of our Exchange Program or as an independent Study Abroad student.

Study Abroad

Study Abroad students can apply individually to travel to Australia and study at Macquarie for one or two Sessions. Study Abroad students pay tuition fees to Macquarie University for the duration of their visit. Study abroad students can also apply through Macquarie's partner institutions and/or agents.

Exchange Program

Exchange students are part of an Exchange Program Macquarie runs with several partner universities.

They are nominated by their home university to visit Australia for one or two sessions. In exchange, domestic Macquarie Students study overseas at the same partner universities. Exchange students pay fees to their home university.
