Professional experience in robotics
Take your studies overseas with Macquarie University's unique PACE program where you can gain important industry knowledge and experience working with international communities and partners.
Through PACE, engineering students had the opportuntity to travel to Indonesia and work with Taman Pintar, an interactive and educational science museum and learning centre that aims to inspire interest in science and technology particularly with Indonesian youth.
For their PACE activity, students worked in groups alongside staff from Taman Pintar to deliver engaging educational robotics workshops for Indonesian students. The workshops were based on an existing Macquarie Learning, Education, Aspiration, Participation (LEAP) Robotics Program with the aim to inspire interest in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).
No matter what you decide to study at Macquarie, PACE has an activity for you. Learn more about the opportunities available through PACE.
