Five permanent staff members live on site at RMC with their families, providing 24-hour support.
Master - Professor Chris Bellenger
The Master is the Head of Robert Menzies College. He is responsible for the whole organisation, including the residential College, Trinity Chapel Macquarie, and the School of Christian Studies, and he is accountable to the RMC Board. Chris lives with his wife Jan in the Master's Residence.

- Veterinary Surgeon - clinical academic in animal surgery at the University of Sydney, then Professor of Veterinary Surgery, University College Dublin, Ireland from 1995-2005.
- Undergraduate and Postgraduate Veterinary Science training at Sydney University (BVSc and PhD). Specialist qualifications include Fellowship of the Australian College of Veterinary Scientists (1978) and Diploma of the European College of Veterinary Surgeons (1997). Fellow of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (1999) "for meritorious contributions to the literature."
- Formerly - parishioner and churchwarden at St Barnabas, Broadway and St Thomas, North Sydney; member of General and Sydney Diocesan Synods, Sydney Diocesan Standing Committee and Presentation Board; and Chair, Australian Fellowship of Evangelical Students

Chaplain/Pastor - Scott Blackwell
The Chaplain is a member of the RMC residential staff as well as being the Pastor of Trinity Chapel Macquarie. He gets to know the members of the College, talking and praying with people of any faith (or none). Scott lives with his family in 'D' flat, and students are welcome to contact him at any time.

Dean - Paul Yeates The Dean of Students at Robert
Menzies College is responsible for the welfare and community of RMC. Working
from the office where students are welcome to drop in anytime, the Dean oversees
all college events and publications, and is directly involved in issuing
academic support. The Dean also supervises the Student Executive, the Senior
Residential Tutors and the Academic Tutors. Paul lives with his wife Nicole in
'A' Flat.
Senior Residential Tutors - Luke Midena &
Gail Sequeira
Under the Dean, the two Senior Residential Tutors supervise
the welfare and academic support provided by the Residential Tutors. They
are also on hand to provide general assistance and academic advice. Gail
Sequeira (who works at Koorong) lives in 'B' flat, and Luke Midena (who works on
campus at Macquarie with the Navigators) lives in 'C' block.
