Dr Denise Jepsen investigates particular career attitudes and needs of workers in the allied health industry. Denise's project draws focus to regional areas and professionals aged 40 and over who might soon be expected to leave the labour market. The objective behind her research is to examine how these workers might be encouraged to continue in their professions and encourage workforce participation and retention.
