Climate adaptation tool , Business and Economics, Macquarie University

A team of Macquarie University researchers has been awarded $175,000 (Category 1 Research Income) by the National Climate Change Research Facility (NCCARF) for a project on Developing an Excel spread sheet tool for local governments to compare and prioritise investment in climate adaptation.

The project team comprises Macquarie University's Associate Professor Stefan Trueck (Centre for Financial Risk), Ms Supriya Mathew and Professor Ann Henderson-Sellers (Department of Environment and Geography) as well as Professor Ros Taplin from Bond University, and Ku-ring-gai, Gosford and Gold Coast City councils.
