Trouble Viewing Documents

We suggest the following possible solutions:

  1. If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer, upgrade to Internet Explorer 6.0 or better.

  2. If you are using Firefox, upgrade to the latest version.
    http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/
  3. Upgrade your .pdf reader to: Adobe Acrobat Reader 5 or better.
    http://www.adobe.com

If you have upgraded your web browser and .pdf reader as suggested above, and are still having problems, try 'Save Document'. This gives you two options.

  • If you select 'Save File to Disk', you can save direct to your desktop, allowing you to open the document at your leisure.
  • If you select 'Open File from Current Location', the file downloads & opens the document outside your web browser.
