Missing Enrolment Modes

For convenors using LTCUNITS to create their own enrolment settings: if the enrolment mode for your unit is not yet available please try again towards the end of the student enrolment period.

Alternatively you can lodge your enrolment settings online via http://www.mq.edu.au/ltc/online/. If you choose this option you will no longer need to create settings in LTCUNITS as your settings will be processed for you.

Please lodge a ticket on the helpdesk, during peak periods it may take up to 72 hours for your issue to be resolved. Peak time is one week before and two weeks after start of semester. On average tickets are processed within 24-48 hours, depending on their nature. Please do not lodge further tickets about the same issue; it will delay response times. Please do not call AVTS or iLECTURE help about Blackboard issues.
