Bookings

iLecture bookings can now be done online.

The new system will streamline the process for staff making bookings and for the LTC managing the bookings. The backend provides the digital booking administrator with several checks against other University systems to help prevent booking errors. It integrates directly with the iLecture system to reduce data entry requirements.

Last minute changes to room bookings in the past have sometimes resulted in missed recordings. We now have tools to monitor the timetable and detect changes that will impact on planned ilecture recordings. This should notify us of instances where the timetable has changed but the digital audio booking administrator has not been advised, as long as it has been entered in the timetable system sufficiently early.

The online booking form is available at toolbox.ltc.mq.edu.au/ilecturebooking/. If you do not have a staff number you will still need to use the paper form - iLecture Booking Form [PDF - 32k]

To get an account, complete the paper form - iLecture Account Request Form [PDF - 212k]

Completed paper forms should be sent to iLecture Bookings, LTC, C7A 118 (located at rear of Library Ground Floor. Entrance opposite U@MQ shop).
