Evaluating Undergraduate Research and Inquiry

Engaging undergraduates in research and inquiry is intuitively a good thing, but it’s important to evaluate how students are responding.

A useful resource to use in evaluating students' responses is the Undergraduate Research Student Self-Assessment survey (URSSA). This survey focuses on what students think they gained from their undergraduate research experience, not whether they liked it.
