iLecture is now automatically integrated into Blackboard CE6 Online Units. Linking to iLecture recordings is done mostly via a content link on the Home Page. Links may also be created within a folder and/or Learning Modules of an Online Unit.
Please Note: Selected Online Units (eg pre-Semester 2, 2008) may feature iLecture recordings accessed via a link in the left hand Course Tools menu. If your Online Unit requires this method of access (eg consistency with other existing Online Units) you will need to add a Custom Link to the left hand Course Tools menu of your Online Unit using the unique Web Link/URL from iLecture Staff Tool.

Log in to your Online Unit at http://learn.mq.edu.au and click the Build tab.
Click on Course Content for the left-hand Course Tools menu.
On the Home Page click the Add Content Link drop-down menu and select iLecture Link.
When the menu expands, click the Create iLecture Link button. Alternatively, select a title from the inventory list (if available) and click Add Selected.
On the Create iLecture Link screen, enter a Title then click Configure. A list of iLectures will be displayed.
Select an Online Unit from the list shown, and then click Next. Please Note: Only Online Units you have access to in iLecture are displayed.
Select either Option 1: Link to all recordings or Option 2: Link to single recording then click Next. Please Note: If single recording is selected, click on a date from the list shown.
Check the information displayed in the summary, then click Save. The new iLecture link should now be shown on the Home Page of your Online Unit.
