WikiEducator allows educators to share free e-learning content.  It is an evolving  community  with a focus on the collaborative planning of education projects, building open education resources, and networking on  funding proposals.

Interesting content includes the Internationalising Online programs toolkit; principles, procedures and practice for e-learning, and a look at educational uses of Playstation Portable (PSP) and Portable Media Players (PMP) but there is a lot more worth a browse.
