If you think you are graduating at the current graduation series please go to eStudent --> MY RESULTS –-> Check for Graduation to check if you have qualified for an award and to view your graduation ceremony details after the final results have been released on 19 December 2008.

All undergraduate and postgraduate students who complete requirements for an award in December 2008, will graduate, either in person or in absentia, in April 2009.

Students who are indebted to the University shall not be permitted to graduate until such debt is cleared.  Graduation allocation is subject to all debts being cleared prior to the series' closing date.  Please ensure that you do not have any outstanding debts.

A graduation invitation will be sent to your current mailing address in the third week of January 2009.  The Conferring of Degrees Form enclosed must be returned by the 27 February 2009.
