The Department of International Studies - Italian currently offers language units at 100 and 200 level for external study. Further units at 300 level are scheduled to be offered for external study in the near future.

Students enrolled externally now have access to courses online and are encouraged to communicate with their instructor by email. The course website provides students with access to a bulletin board, online study materials and an internal email system that allows students to communicate with one another in the target language.

Students enrolled externally are expected to attend two on-campus sessions per semester. These will normally take place on Saturdays.
