We have over 110 classes a week on our group fitness timetable, delivered by a team of world class Instructors. 

New "Hip Hop" Class Coming Soon!

Josh Kim is an international Hip Hop choreographer with over ten years' dance experience and will be teaching you weekly Hip Hop routines that will be free, funky and soulful expressions of movement! Josh has appeared in music videos, placed first in international dance competitions and performed in World Championships of Performing Arts. You'll be learning Hip Hop moves from the very best!

When: Wednesday 5:30pm in Courtyard Studio* (No prior dance experience needed)

Start date: 2nd November

Group Fitness Class Tickets

Planning to do a group fitness class? Remember to book online and collect a ticket from reception before you enter the class. If you're trying a class for the first time, arrive at least five minutes prior to introduce yourself to the Instructor so they can set you up and guide you through the workout. Bookings open two days prior to the scheduled class and close five minutes after the start time. The warm-up is just as important as the workout!
