We have over 110 classes a week on our group fitness timetable, delivered by a team of world class Instructors. 


New Group Fitness Classes!

RPM - Wednesday 7am in Cycle Studio 

Start your day with an indoor cycling workout where you will ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Suitable for all fitness levels as you can set your own pace or push to your fitness limits through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and interval training. The most efficient 45 minute cardio workout that will burn calories fast.

CXWORX - Wednesday 10:30am in Poolside Studio

A 30 minute core focused workout by LES MILLS. You’ll work with resistance tubes, weight plates, as well as body weight exercises to strengthen your abs, glutes and back.  All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness.

Hip Hip - Wednesday 5:30pm in Courtyard Studio

Josh Kim is an international Hip Hop choreographer with over ten years' dance experience and will be teaching you weekly Hip Hop routines that will be free, funky and soulful expressions of movement!

Group Fitness Class Tickets

Planning to do a group fitness class? Remember to book online and collect a ticket from reception before you enter the class. If you're trying a class for the first time, arrive at least five minutes prior to introduce yourself to the Instructor so they can set you up and guide you through the workout. Bookings open two days prior to the scheduled class and close five minutes after the start time. The warm-up is just as important as the workout!
