Group fitness timetable
Choose from 110 group fitness classes a week, delivered by our experienced instructors
Book online and collect a ticket from reception before you enter the class.

First timer? Arrive at least five minutes prior to introduce yourself to the instructor so they can set you up and guide you through the workout. Not sure if you can last a full class? Try the 'Smart Start' and participate in the first thirty minutes then gradually build up to a full class at your own pace.
Bookings open two days prior to the scheduled class and close five minutes after the start time. The warmup is as important as the workout!
Due to low attendance over a long period, the below classes will be removed from the timetable. We apologise for the inconvenience as we look to refresh the schedule. We hope you can attend alternate classes or try something new with 110 classes per week.

- Monday 5pm RPM – Final class 29th May
- Tuesday 7am Yoga – Final class 30th May
- Tuesday 6:45pm RPM – Final class 30th May
- Tuesday 6:45pm Aqua – Final class 30th May
- Thursday 6am RPM – Final class 1st June
- Thursday 7:45am Tai Chi – Final class 1st June
