We have over 110 classes a week on our group fitness timetable, delivered by a team of world class Instructors. 

Australia Day Classes

Thursday 26th January - Poolside Studio

Super Combo  

3:30pm CXWORX (30 min) - Anna

4:00pm Body Attack (30 min) - Anna

4:30pm Body Pump (30 min) - Anna

Mind/Body & Dance

5:00pm Body Balance (45 min) - Anna

6:00pm Zumba (45 min) -  Mateo

Deep Water Aqua

Enjoy Aqua in the sunshine! The Tuesday 12:15pm Aqua will continue in the outdoor 50m Pool as a "deep water" Aqua class until 31st January 2017. All other Aqua classes will continue in the indoor 25m Pool.

Group Fitness Class Tickets

Planning to do a group fitness class? Remember to book online and collect a ticket from reception before you enter the class. 

Trying a class for the first time? Arrive at least five minutes prior to introduce yourself to the Instructor and they can set you up and guide you through the workout. Not sure if you can last a full class? Try the 'Smart Start' and participate in the first thirty minutes then gradually build up to a full class at your own pace.

Bookings open two days prior to the scheduled class and close five minutes after the start time. The warm-up is just as important as the workout!
