Choose from 110 group fitness classes a week, delivered by our experienced Instructors or try a Virtual Group Fitness class on demand

Book online for Group Fitness classes and collect a ticket from reception upon entry.

Group Fitness class bookings open two days prior to the scheduled class and close five minutes after the start time. First timers? Try the 'Smart Start' and stay for the first 30 minutes and gradually build to a full class.

Virtual Group Fitness Here Now!

With over 200 virtual classes to choose from and a range of programs including yoga, core training, thirty minute high intensity workouts, pre-choreographed classes and dance style programs. Fitness On Demand can offer you more flexibility in the times you can exercise, try something new or as an introduction to group fitness in a comfortable space. 

Book into a Virtual class online, go to the Courtyard Studio and your workout will start! Or try 'on demand' and select a class from the iPad outside the studio. Check with our team at the front desk to make sure the studio is free.

From Monday 31st July, join the Cycle and RPM challenge to go in the draw to win a FitBit or three Personal Training sessions. Remember to book your classes and have your printed tickets to enter into the prize draw box.

Due to low attendance over a long period, the below classes will be removed from the timetable. We apologise for the inconvenience as we look to refresh the schedule. We hope you can attend alternate classes or try something new with 110 classes per week.

  • Tuesday 6:45pm Aqua – Final class 30th May
  • Thursday 6am RPM – Final class 1st June
  • Thursday 7:45am Tai Chi – Final class 1st June
