Not enough time to workout? Hate training on your own? Looking to change up your normal training? Then our Express Workouts are perfect for you. They fit neatly into a study or lunch break as they are only 30 minutes. 

Check out the class options below:


Box Fit30 minutes of non stop boxing action! This non contact, high energy class will develop your strength, coordination, and fitness using focus mitts, punching bags, skipping ropes and other boxing equipment.
Hard CoreStrengthen your core by performing a range of core exercises (not just traditional sit ups!). The trainer will use their experience to challenge your abs, lower back and inner core muscles to the limit. Get ready for your six pack!
HIITHigh Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) sessions will encourage you to push yourself to the limit by performing aerobic and anaerobic intervals using different types of equipment.
Learn to LiftWant to learn how to perform some of the best and most effective lifts in the Health Club? In just 30 minutes you will be well on your way to mastering movements like the squat, lunge and overhead press. With some of our machine weights thrown in as a bonus!
Power PlayWant to get faster, stronger, and more powerful? This is the class for you! The session involves a 30 minute blast of strength, power, and endurance circuits designed to challenge all areas of your fitness.
SculptThis one is for the ladies - a fun and fast resistance and cardio circuit designed specifically for the women's training zone. Loads more fun and effective than training on your own.
StrengthWant to walk out of the gym feeling stronger than when you walked in? Using techniques taken from strongman, power lifting, bodybuilding and athletics, you will strengthen your body from head to toe in no time and have the confidence to lift more weight than ever.
