This program will be split into two parts, a theory component and a practical component. The theory component will help you to identify risks, hazards and dangers in all aquatic environments. These sessions will include guest speakers from NSW Royal Life Saving Society and other aquatic services.

The practical component will be held at the Macquarie University Sport and Aquatic Centre and run by trained Swim School Staff. Here you will develop swimming skills, water safety knowledge and confidence in the water, just in time for summer!

Upon completion of the course, there will be a special day trip to one of Sydney's icon beaches for all participants.
