WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MY MINIMUM 12 WEEKS?

After your minimum 12 weeks has finished your membership is on going until you choose to cancel.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY CHILD'S MEMBERSHIP?

After the minimum twelve week term has been completed, members can cancel with 15 days' notice. A cancellation form must be completed and submitted to the Swim Program Administration desk.

DO YOU HAVE ANOTHER PAYMENT METHOD BESIDES FORTNIGHTLY DIRECT DEBIT?

No, the only payment method we offer is ongoing fortnightly direct debit.

WHAT DO WE NEED TO BRING TO LESSONS?

All swimmers should bring the basics including appropriate swimwear and goggles, a dry towel and warm clothes to change into after the lesson. Board shorts and rashies are not encouraged as they make learning to swim more difficult! Many children are hungry after class, so a healthy snack (such as fruit, yoghurt, muesli bar) is also a good idea.

All children enrolled in our babies classes are required to wear a tight fitting swim nappy. Squad swimmers should supply their own pair of fins (flippers). Swimmers in these levels are also encouraged to bring a water bottle to each lesson.

SHOULD MY CHILD SWIM THROUGH WINTER?

Yes - swimming is not just a Summer sport. To ensure your child gets the most out of their swimming lessons it is recommended that swimming is continued through Winter to ensure continued improvement and reinforcement of skills.

DO YOU HAVE A FREE PLAY LANE?

During afternoon swim school operating hours (3:30pm - 6:30pm) and weekend morning swim school operating hours (8am - 12pm), the indoor 25m pool does not have a recreation or lap swimming lane available. We do offer a recreation lane in the 50m pool.

WHAT IS YOUR ASSESSMENT PROCESS?

All children will be assessed once per 10 weeks. After your child is assessed a Supervisor will provide you with feedback on your child's progress and you will be sent a progress report outlining what skills your child has attained. Just remember that all children learn at their own pace and will progress to the next level in their own time.
