Yoga Boot Camp
Achieve balance, energise your day, and get strong and centred
This intensive yoga program will help you evolve physically through a series of structured yoga poses. It is recommended that participants have a basic fitness level and some experience in yoga. You will do flexibility, strength and core work. It will be a stimulating workout and a perfect energising start to your day, three times a week.
