Our fields of interests encompass Business Administration, Business Demographics, Employment Relations and Human Resource Management, International Business, Organisational Studies, Management Strategy and Marketing. Through this diversity we are able to offer a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses, addressing a market need for new skills constellations.

Through our teaching and research we seek to address some of the major challenges in relation to business, employment and workforce development, leadership, sustainability and social inclusion.  Our research in global aviation, social media, international business, cultural diversity and transport and logistics gives industry a competitive edge.

With our multi-disciplinary profile we have the opportunity to undertake challenge-based research in collaboration with public, private and not-for-profit sector organisations as well as leading international scholars.

AHRI   The Australian Human Resources Institute 

AHRI is the national association representing human resource and people management professionals.  Macquarie University has a number of Human Resources Undergraduate degrees that have been accredited by AHRI

The Australian Marketing Institute (AMI) has accredited our Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Marketing. AMI is the professional association for marketers and academics.
