Our fields of interests encompass Business Administration, Business Demographics, Employment Relations and Human Resource Management, International Business, Organisational Studies, Management Strategy and Marketing. Through this diversity we are able to offer a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses, addressing a market need for new skills constellations.
Through our teaching and research we seek to address some of the major challenges in relation to business, employment and workforce development, leadership, sustainability and social inclusion. Our research in global aviation, social media, international business, cultural diversity and transport and logistics gives industry a competitive edge.
With our multi-disciplinary profile we have the opportunity to undertake challenge-based research in collaboration with public, private and not-for-profit sector organisations as well as leading international scholars.

With changing needs in the market place our marketing and management courses incorporate the strong links between marketing and finance, operations, accounting, personnel, business communications, strategic advise, management, as well as information systems.
