Physiotherapists maximise quality of life by treating and preventing musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiorespiratory conditions.

Be part of a Doctor of Physiotherapy degree that only one university in NSW offers. In our three-year masters (extended) professional entry program, where you'll start and finish mid-year, you’ll spend more than 1,000 hours working with our clinic partners and getting real hands on experience in purpose-built clinics.

Our small cohort of students work with care, integrity and engage with organisations outside of the university parameters. Students will gain experience and knowledge from working and researching alongside partners such as the Prince of Wales Hospitals, The Children’s Hospital, Health Networks Australia, GWS Giants FC and Optus.

On campus, you’ll spend a lot of your time in state-of-the-art facilities, including our purpose-built clinic, our rehabilitation and multipurpose gyms and you’ll have the opportunity to work in one of our many digital teaching rooms equipped with iPads, cameras and audio-visual displays.

We provide an innovative extended program, where you'll learn additional skills in business management and law; leadership, policy, advocacy, advanced clinical skills and complete a research project as part of a team. You'll work closely with our expert and published academics in lecturers and through research. Together, we're a vibrant community with a vision of being a world-class, university health science centre.
