Our research

Our research

Our research is dedicated to the creation of technological solutions to problems relevant to society’s health and environment and solutions that expand the capability of people to achieve their goals. We undertake world-class research with a focus on:

  • Future Wireless Networks
  • Reconfigurable Electronics and Antennas
  • Biomedical Imaging and Sensing
  • Sustainable Energy Systems Engineering
  • Optical and Photonics Engineering
  • Electronic Power Engineering

Students who study for a Master of Research in Engineering have the opportunity collaborate with and meet international workers with schemes to fund travel. Our postgraduate research students benefit from financial and in-kind support, available through several schemes, state-of-the-art facilities and a supportive research environment.
